Class Practices
Our participation in class is part of our spiritual practice and should be viewed as an opportunity to learn how to create and sustain a harmonious atmosphere for ourselves, our fellow students, and our teachers. Through our three years in the Dharma Training Program, we should aim to become adept at each of these and to support each other in our efforts to learn and master these practices. Periodically, we should review our progress and set reasonable goals for further development.
